QSAC is seeking a Policy Coordinator to interpret OPWDD regulations, develop agency policies and procedures, and support staff training to ensure regulatory compliance across QSAC locations.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with OPWDD regulations, policy development, and quality assurance in an I/DD or human services setting. This role requires cross-department collaboration and travel across QSAC sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or substantial related experience.
• 3-5 years professional work experience.
• 1-2 years’ experience with adult developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Extensive knowledge of OPWDD Regulations and related requirements.
• Experience writing and developing Agency Policy and staff training.

Responsabilités

• Develop QSAC policies and procedures in line with OPWDD regulations.
• Review OPWDD ADMs to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Develop training protocols and train staff across all QSAC locations.
