Fielmann USA is seeking a Doctor Sourcing Specialist to support recruitment in Green Bay, WI or Mount Clemens, MI with a hybrid schedule. You will identify optometry candidates, craft outreach content, and coordinate with internal teams to enhance hiring campaigns.

The role requires 3–5 years in sourcing or recruitment, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong communication and organizational skills. Hybrid work options in two corporate offices are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting, or HR.
• Knowledge of employment law desirable.
• Solid internet search experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.

Responsabilités

• Launch and maintain sourcing campaigns to connect with candidates.
• Proactively develop talent pipelines to address business trends.
• Identify and locate candidates through innovative search methods.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, talent pools, and insights.
• Draft and create written communication to engage internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to creative and engaging hiring campaigns, including job postings and outreach material.
