Job summary

Fielmann USA is seeking a Doctor Sourcing Specialist. This full-time role can be based in the Green Bay, WI or Mount Clemens, MI corporate offices with a hybrid work schedule.

You will launch sourcing campaigns, build talent pipelines for Doctors of Optometry, conduct market research, and collaborate with internal partners to attract top talent and support a positive work experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years' experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting, or human resources; preferably in a corporate setting or retail health industry
• Broad based HR exposure desired
• Knowledge of employment law desired
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs

Responsibilities

• Launch and maintain sourcing campaigns to connect with candidates
• Utilize advanced techniques to proactively develop talent pipelines to address current business trends and future growth
• Identify and locate candidates through innovative search methods
• Conduct market research to identify trends, talent pools, and competitor insights
• Draft and create written communication to engage both internal stakeholders and external talent
• Contribute to creative and engaging hiring campaigns, including job postings and outreach material
• Build and maintain network of potential candidates through on-going relationships and contact information management
• Collaborate with teammates and internal business partners to support recruitment efforts
• Promote and manage external and campus position postings
• Track and analyze effectiveness of sourcing efforts
• Stay current with industry trends
• Assist with conference and event planning
• Develop and maintain partnerships with optometry schools
• Contribute to Fielmann USA's campus strategy including career fairs, interviews, and other partnerships
• Research, recommend and develop competitive programs to attract top talent, including student re-payment or tuition reimbursement

Fielmann USA is seeking a Doctor Sourcing Specialist. This full-time position can be based in either the Green Bay, WI corporate office or Mount Clemens, MI corporate office offering a hybrid work schedule.

This position is responsible for engaging in sourcing efforts to identify potential Doctor of Optometry candidates to include job postings, external communication (e.g., email, social media), and supporting and planning recruiting events. Conduct research and make recommendations to improve sourcing strategies. Support the organization's doctors through additional tasks that sustain a positive work experience.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Combination of education and/or equivalent work experience in a related field
• 3-5 years' experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting, or human resources; preferably in a corporate setting or retail health industry
• Broad based HR exposure desired
• Knowledge of employment law desired
• Solid internet search experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal relationship skills
