Job summary

VSP Vision is seeking a capable leader to provide lead support to the practice staff, coordinating daily workflow to maintain high patient experience and business performance. You will oversee scheduling, patient communications, recalls, insurance verifications, and claims processing, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of records and a welcoming clinic.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the work of the practice staff and daily workflow to maintain patient care and retention.
• Monitor team performance and end-to-end processes including scheduling, recalls, insurance verifications, intake/checkout, and claims processing.
• Provide coaching and input for performance evaluations; coordinate with other departments to resolve workflow issues.
• Ensure processes and standards are followed; maintain training procedures and motivate staff.
