Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Four (4) years of related work experience may be considered in lieu of a specialized Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in Optometry practice.

Responsibilities

• The Optometry Manager oversees all Optometry sites to meet financial, quality, patient satisfaction goals and employee engagement. Provides leadership, administration, and coordination within Optical sites, including clinical and non-clinical areas.
• Acts as liaison between Optical sites business and Regional Directors. Ensures implementation of the CHC Mission and Strategic initiatives and maintains an environment of trust and open communication.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Four (4) years of related work experience may be considered in lieu of a specialized Bachelor’s Degree
