Job summary

Community Health Centers, Inc. is seeking an Optometry Manager to oversee all Optometry sites, driving financial, quality, and patient satisfaction goals while maintaining employee engagement and retention.

You will lead both clinical and non-clinical operations, coordinate with Regional Directors, and ensure alignment with CHC Mission and strategic initiatives, fostering a trusted, respectful work environment. Flexible hours and travel to multiple locations are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Four (4) years of related work experience may be considered in lieu of a specialized Bachelor’s Degree.
• A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in Optometry practice.
• Current/valid BLS certification, or must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment.
• Must work flexible hours as required.
• Travel to multiple locations required.
• Required to maintain a valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Required to respond to after hour alarm calls.
