Job summary

Community Health Centers in Florida seeks an Optometry Manager to oversee multiple optometry sites, drive financial and quality goals, and lead clinical and non-clinical teams. Responsibilities include supervising staff, training, scheduling, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and safety policies, managing inventory, and coordinating cross-site coverage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in Optometry practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the management of Optometry sites to include clinical and non-clinical operations.
• Provides supervision, training, and evaluation of all staff at the Optometry sites in collaboration with the Regional Director.
• Manages all the responsibilities of the Optometric Technicians.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, safety, and workplace policies.
