Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients as they enter the clinic.
• Check in patients, copy IDs and insurance cards, and provide patient lists.
• Direct patient flow through the clinic and support clinicians.
• Checkout patients and close out exam procedures.
• Ensure all information is accurate and charts are complete.
• Post and reconcile super bills.
• Guide students and patients to the dispensary.
