University of Missouri is hiring for a Clinical Technician II in the College of Optometry. The role supports the clinic by greeting patients, handling check-ins, and guiding patient flow. You will manage paperwork, supervise student activities, and assist with billing and post-visit processes.

40 hours/week, Monday thru Friday
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experiencefrom which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities can beacquired is necessary. Certifications as required by regulatoryagencies is necessary
3-5 years patient/customer service experience, college education ispreferred
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, Outlook,and Excel
Experience in a health/patient care environment
Experience working with insurances and insurance companies
Familiarity with medical terminology, particularly Optometry andOphthalmology
Salary Range: $17 - $19 per hour
