• Process, stock, restock, and tag frames to maintain a comprehensive display.
• Enter invoice data, dispensing fees, and insurance information into Compulink accurately.
• Greet patients and guide them to the appropriate area, coordinating introductions to interns or opticians.
• Answer phones, check voicemail, return messages, and schedule eyewear dispenses and selections.
