What you’ll do:

You will engage in comprehensive optometry, serving patients of all ages with a variety of visual and medical conditions. Your responsibilities will include providing thorough eye care, educating patients about their ocular health, and recommending vision‑enhancing products. You will have access to advanced equipment, such as an Optos, glaucoma testing tools, an electronic lensometer, a tonometer, and a phoropter, to aid you in delivering high‑quality care. This full‑time position is scheduled from Monday to Friday, with hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to see approximately 22 patients each day, and you will also receive a production bonus of 14.5%.

Job Specifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
• 1‑3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
• Strong business aptitude, self‑discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
