What you’ll do?

As a full‑scope optometrist, you will deliver comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages, addressing a wide variety of visual and medical needs. Your responsibilities include performing thorough eye exams, educating patients about their ocular health, and recommending vision‑enhancing products tailored to each individual's lifestyle. This is a full‑time position with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Each day, you’ll manage a well‑structured schedule of 22 appointment slots, aiming to complete two billable exams per hour. Thanks to Belton's close‑knit community, you’ll enjoy a loyal patient base that values personalized, local care. This position also offers a 14.5% production bonus.

Job Specifications
  • Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
  • 1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply
