Compensation range for the role is listed above. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job‑related factors permitted by law. As a part of the compensation package, this role may include eligible incentive, bonuses and/or commission dependent on the role.

As the newest member of our team, you will work 30 to 40 hours weekly and perform comprehensive eye examinations, recommend eyewear, and determine contact lens prescriptions. The practice is open Monday through Saturday. You will enjoy caring for patients in a modernized practice with access to behind‑the‑scenes functional technology, including Optomap (retinal scanning), OCT (retinal scanning), FDT (visual field testing), Pentacam (advanced scanning of corneal topography), EnChroma (color vision technology), and auto‑refractors, plus highly‑trained staff to support you throughout examinations.
You're an ambitious and compassionate optometrist who strives to consistently exceed patient expectations while providing personalized and individualized care to ensure excellent eye health and vision care. You enjoy caring for a diverse patient population, and you're an excellent listener who genuinely cares about patients. The preferred qualifications for this position include specialty contact lens fittings and surgical co‑management for LASIK.
