As a full‑scope optometrist, you will deliver comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages, addressing a wide variety of visual and medical needs. You will perform thorough eye exams, educate patients about their ocular health, and recommend vision‑enhancing products tailored to each individual’s lifestyle. The position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a structured schedule of 22 appointment slots and a target of two billable exams per hour. The practice offers a 14.5% production bonus.
The ideal candidate has strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills, as well as a detail‑oriented and methodical approach. Excellent interpersonal qualities—patience, empathy, and the ability to reassure anxious patients—are essential.
