Job description

Compensation range for the role is listed above. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job‑related factors permitted by law. What You’ll Do

As a full‑scope optometrist, you will deliver comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages, addressing a wide variety of visual and medical needs. You will perform thorough eye exams, educate patients about their ocular health, and recommend vision‑enhancing products tailored to each individual’s lifestyle. The position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with a structured schedule of 22 appointment slots and a target of two billable exams per hour. The practice offers a 14.5% production bonus.
