Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Detroit, MI, is seeking an Optometrist for OptimEyes to deliver comprehensive primary eye care across our network. You will collaborate with the Manager, General Manager, and Optometrist in Charge to meet productivity and care goals and coordinate with the Department of Ophthalmology to ensure seamless eye care delivery.

Qualifications

Successful completion of a program from an accredited school or college of optometry.
Licensed Optometrist in Michigan?
Therapeutic Pharmaceutical Agent (TPA) and Diagnostic Pharmaceutical Agent (DPA) certifications are typically required.
