Job summary

Henry Ford Health's OptimEyes is seeking a licensed Optometrist in Michigan to deliver comprehensive primary eye care, including ocular health evaluations, refractive services, and contact lens management, in a retail optical setting with evening and weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited school.
• Current/active license to practice optometry in Michigan.
• Experience in primary eye care and patient care responsibilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary eye care including ocular health evaluations, refractive services, and contact lens prescriptions and management.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic eye diseases with evidence-based medical care.
• Provide specialty eye care such as medically necessary contact lens fitting and dry eye management.
