Job summary

Henry Ford Health's OptimEyes division seeks an Optometrist to deliver comprehensive, high-quality eye care in a retail optical setting. You will work closely with the ophthalmology team and General Manager to balance clinical excellence with clinic performance.

Applicants must hold a Doctor of Optometry degree and Michigan licensure, with TP/ DPA certification. Evening and weekend hours are required to support patient access and service continuity.

Qualifications

• Complete OD program and licensure in Michigan.
• Experience in primary care optometry is preferred.
• Must meet MFHS customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary eye care including ocular health evaluations and refractions.
• Diagnose and manage ocular diseases with evidence-based care.
• Provide specialty eye care such as contact lens fitting and dry eye management.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure seamless service delivery.
