Job summary

Target Optical in Lecanto, FL is seeking an Associate Optometrist to provide high-quality eye and vision care. You will examine, diagnose, treat and manage diseases of the visual system with clinical protocols and care standards.

As a key leader, you will collaborate with the store team and Field Leadership to deliver exceptional patient experiences, maintain office quality systems, and support the growth of the Target Optical brand within the community.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the State of practice location (FL).
• DPA and TPA certified.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive Doctor/Patient relationship.
• Conduct all services in accordance with clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure all patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize technology to deliver excellent patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and Field Leadership for a safe, motivating work environment.
• Maintain office quality systems.
• Develop relationships to grow the brand within the community.
