Job summary

Target Optical is looking for an Associate Optometrist (OD) in Florida to provide high-quality eye and vision care. You will diagnose, treat and manage diseases of the visual system while leading a practice team and supporting brand goals.

As a primary health care provider, you will deliver comprehensive eye exams, use advanced technology, and ensure excellent patient experiences while meeting KPI targets and contributing to practice growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certified.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive doctor/patient relationship.
• Conduct all services per clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Lead and train team members to deliver excellent patient experiences.
