Job summary

Target Optical in Lady Lake, FL seeks an Associate Optometrist to deliver high-quality eye and vision care. You will examine, diagnose, treat and manage diseases of the visual system as a primary health care provider, leading collaborative care with the store team.

Graduate of an accredited School or College of Optometry and state license required; DPA/TPA certification preferred. This role emphasizes patient relationships, use of technology, and contributing to brand growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certification.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive doctor/patient relationship.
• Conduct services in accordance with clinical protocols and accepted standards.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Leverage technology to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Collaborate with the store team and Leadership to sustain a safe, motivating environment.
• Maintain office quality systems and KPI performance.

Education
