Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care and align with brand standards. You will work in partnership with the MOD and store team to deliver exceptional eye care and drive growth through strong patient relationships.

The role requires Doctor of Optometry, commitment to quality care, and knowledge of medical optometry and billing. Experience with current theory and technology is essential.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Commitment to quality patient care in clinical practice.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology.
• Strong problem solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care with high quality clinical protocols and KPI oversight.
• Partner with the MOD and store team to drive service excellence.
• Establish and maintain Doctor/Patient relationships while meeting care standards.
• Utilize technology to deliver thorough eye examinations and patient education.
• Ensure patients are scheduled for annual eye exams and follow-up care.
