Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure executional excellence in partnership with store leadership.
• Deliver high-quality Optometric care through clinical protocols.
• Support medical practice, referral care, and pre/post‑op surgical support.
• Lead patient service processes to ensure unsurpassed care.
• Establish and maintain doctor/patient relationships.
• Utilize technology to enhance patient understanding and outcomes.
• Maintain state licensure and ongoing continuing education.
• Provide training and guidance to team members.
