Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a full-time Optometrist (PC) in the Metro Atlanta area affiliated with an independent practice adjacent to a Warby Parker store. You will deliver high-quality eye care, partner with the store team, and expand the local eye exam business while ensuring exceptional patient experiences.

Licensed Doctor of Optometry in the practicing state, strong clinical skills, and willingness to leverage new technologies are essential.

• OD licensed in the state where you practice
• Strong patient care and teamwork
• Willingness to adopt new technology and stay current with clinical practices

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations in line with established clinical protocols and standards of care
• Partner with the store team to create an exceptional patient experience while growing the eye exam business
• Prescribe eyewear, contacts, and eye health solutions tailored to each patient, and educate them on their options
• Diagnose and treat vision conditions including refractive error and ocular health assessments with accuracy
• Share eye care knowledge and coach the team to support patients throughout their journey
• Be a visible clinical presence and reinforce commitment to eye care, answering patient questions and supporting product recommendations
