Warby Parker is seeking a full-time Optometrist to join an affiliated independent practice near Grand Boulevard. You will deliver comprehensive eye exams, manage patient care, and collaborate with store teammates to grow the exam business while maintaining high clinical standards.

Qualifications

A Doctor of Optometry licensed in the state of practice.
Demonstrated experience delivering comprehensive eye exams and patient care.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations per standard of care.
Collaborate with store team to grow the eye exam business while maintaining clinical standards.
Prescribe eyewear and contact lenses; educate patients on options and treatments.
Diagnose refractive errors and ocular health issues; maintain accurate medical records.
Coach and support team members in eye care knowledge and patient experience.
Maintain state licensure and fulfill continuing education requirements.
Be a visible clinical presence and uphold patient-first service.
