Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry licensed in the state where you practice, in good standing.
• Experience delivering high-quality eye care and patient education.
• Ability to partner with store teams to grow the eye exams business.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams and contact lens evaluations per clinical standards.
• Prescribe eyewear and eye health solutions tailored to patient needs.
• Educate patients on options and coach team to support patients throughout their journey.
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations and practice protocols.
• Maintain state licensure and meet CE requirements.
• Collaborate with Store Leader to align goals and strategies.
