Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead patient care within our store in Henderson, NV. You will perform comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and recommend treatment, and collaborate with store leadership to meet performance goals.

You will mentor team members, ensure excellent patient service, and leverage up-to-date optometric technology and procedures to sustain the brand’s trusted eyecare experience.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree or equivalent.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
• Strong problem solving and clinical decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality optometric care following established protocols.
• Lead brand presence and achieve store KPI targets through collaboration with the MOD, SMM, and team.
• Provide training and guidance to team members using company programs.
• Maintain patient relationships and ensure exceptional service through the patient-first approach.
• Utilize technology and visual aids to explain eye health and treatment plans to patients.
