LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to provide high-quality eye care in a casual part-time role in Las Vegas. You will perform comprehensive eye exams, diagnose eye conditions, and deliver patient-focused service within the LensCrafters brand.

You will collaborate with store leadership and the MOD to meet KPIs, uphold standards, and drive outstanding patient experiences. The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing education, and commitment to care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and license to practice in the state.
• Commitment to high quality patient care.
• Knowledge of current optometric theory and technology.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Problem solving ability and analytical mindset.
• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality optometric care following clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with MOD, SMM and store team to achieve KPIs.
• Maintain brand standards and community visibility as leading optical provider.
• Lead and mentor team members, providing constructive feedback.
• Ensure accurate patient exams, diagnoses, and appropriate recommendations.
• Maintain licensure and Continuing Education requirements.
