LensCrafters in Reno, NV is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead patient-centred eye care and deliver high-quality optometric services. You will collaborate with the store management team to meet KPI targets and uphold LensCrafters’ brand promise.

The role requires strong communication and a commitment to achieving excellent patient outcomes. The Associate Optometrist will use current optometric technology, maintain licensure, and contribute to staff training while ensuring outstanding

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and licensure requirements.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient-focused optometric care and clinical protocols.
• Meet KPI targets and support store goals with the MOD & team.
