Job summary

LensCrafters is hiring an Associate Optometrist to lead patient care in a high-volume optical practice. You will perform comprehensive eye exams, discuss findings, and recommend eyewear solutions while upholding brand standards.

You will collaborate with store leadership and Support teams to optimize patient experience, maintain licenses, participate in ongoing education, and help grow the practice through excellent service and KPI-driven results.
