Job summary

LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an Associate Optometrist to lead clinical care and support medical practice development. You will collaborate with the MOD and store team to ensure top-tier eye care and patient satisfaction.

The role requires an O.D. with a commitment to quality care, strong communication, and state licensure. You will be involved in pre/post-op support and leverage technology to enhance patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry
• Commitment to quality patient care
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology
• Strong communicator & listener
• Problem solving ability
• Solid Organization skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Optometric care by performing clinical protocols and growing the practice.
• Lead KPI management and achieve targets in partnership with MOD and store team.
• Establish Doctor/Patient relationships and ensure patient satisfaction.
• Provide pre/post-operative support where applicable.
• Lead and train team members using company programs.
• Maintain state licensure and continuing education requirements.
• Utilize technology to enhance patient experiences.
• Contribute to community recognition as a medical eyecare provider.
