Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong problem solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure executional excellence and KPI-based results with store team.
• Deliver high-quality optometric care and patient service.
• Collaborate with MOD, SMM and team to grow practice.
• Maintain state licensure and Continuing Education requirements.
• Lead and train team using company programs.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming office environment.
