Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Associate Optometrist to deliver high‑quality eye care and manage patient health with advanced technology. The OD will lead clinical protocols, diagnose and treat ocular conditions, and collaborate across the practice to drive patient satisfaction and brand growth.

Applicants should be licensed in the practice state and hold DPA/TPA certification, with knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School or College of Optometry.
• Licensed to practice Optometry in the state of practice location.
• DPA and TPA certification is required.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high quality optometric care and services to patients.
• Establish a positive doctor/patient relationship.
• Conduct all services per clinical protocols and standards of care.
• Ensure accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Leverage available technology to enhance patient experiences.
• Collaborate with store/practice team and leadership to maintain a safe, motivating environment.
• Maintain office quality systems and drive KPI performance.
• Provide training and guidance to team members using company programs.
• Strive to exceed KPIs and performance expectations.
• Support the brand as the leading optical provider in the community.

Educación
