Job summary

Pearle Vision in Bellevue, Washington is seeking an Associate Optometrist to provide high-quality eye care and lead clinical execution. This full-time role partners with the store team to deliver NECE, ensure patient satisfaction, and maintain a safe, motivating work environment.

You will collaborate with Associate Doctors and staff on training, protocols, and patient care, while supporting store performance and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry credential required.
• Knowledge of current optometric technology and practices.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and good organization.

Responsibilities

• Conveys a 100% commitment to excellent patient service and NECE execution.
• Greet patients and answer phones as needed.
• Conduct services per clinical protocols and accepted standards of care.
• Ensure patients receive accurate diagnosis and appropriate recommendations.
• Establish a positive doctor/patient relationship and coach associates on protocols.
• Lead training in orientation, front desk, pre-testing, and clinical procedures.
