Job summary

Acuity Eyecare Group seeks an optometrist to conduct comprehensive eye exams and practice to the full extent of their license. You will support practice growth by educating patients and building lasting relationships in a patient-centered setting.

Responsibilities include hand-off to staff, prescribing eyewear and medications, postoperative care when needed, and promoting eye health through counseling and up-to-date lens technology.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Optometry from a credentialed institution.
• Must have passed optometric state boards.
• Licensed to practice optometry in the relevant state.

Responsibilities

• Conduct eye exams
• Establish long term patient relationships through proper patient care and education
• Performs vision tests and analyze results
• Diagnose sight problems and eye diseases
