Acuity Eyecare Group is seeking an optometrist to perform comprehensive eye exams and patient education, building long-term relationships and guiding patients on eyecare options. The role emphasizes diagnosing refractive issues and eye diseases, and prescribing eyewear, contacts, and medications.

You will educate patients on eye health, coordinate with staff, and support practice growth through excellent service and up-to-date eye care strategies.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Optometry from a credentialed institution.
• Must have passed all optometric state boards.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive eye exams and patient history evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Conducting eye exams.
• Establishing long-term patient relationships through proper patient care and education.
• Perform vision tests and analyze results.
• Diagnose sight problems and eye diseases.
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and medications.
• Provide pre- and postoperative care to patients.
• Promote eye health through counseling.
