Job summary

AEG Vision is seeking a licensed optometrist to conduct comprehensive eye exams, establish and maintain patient relationships, and educate patients on eyecare options. The role focuses on thorough ocular health assessment and patient-centered care at our Beatrice, Nebraska locations.

You will evaluate vision, diagnose common eye conditions, and prescribe eyewear and medications as appropriate, while supporting growth and high standards of patient experience.

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Optometry from a credentialed institution.
• Must have passed all optometric state boards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct eye exams and analyze results.
• Establish long-term patient relationships through proper patient care and education.
• Perform patient interviews to determine health and ocular history and needs.
• Prescribe eyeglasses, contact lenses, and medications.
• Provide pre- and postoperative care for eye surgeries as applicable.
