Job summary

AEG Vision is seeking a licensed optometrist to conduct comprehensive eye exams and support practice growth at our on-site Dallas clinic. You will build lasting patient relationships, educate patients on eyecare, and collaborate with a team to deliver high-quality vision care.

You will diagnose refractive errors, prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses, and provide pre- and postoperative care as needed, while upholding our commitment to patient education and service excellence in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Optometry from an accredited institution.
• Must have passed all optometric state boards.

Responsibilities

• Establish long-term patient relationships through proper patient care and education.
• Perform vision tests and analyze results.
• Diagnose sight problems and eye diseases; prescribe eyewear, contact lenses, and medications.
• Provide treatments such as vision therapy or low-vision rehabilitation where applicable.
• Provide pre- and postoperative care for eye surgeries and post-op follow-up.
• Educate patients on eye health and lens options; communicate recommendations to staff.
