Job summary

The MedServ Group is seeking a talented Optometrist to join our rapidly growing practice serving residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities. You will apply clinical and interpersonal skills to deliver high-quality elderly eye care, focusing on compassion, accuracy, and professional ethics in every patient interaction.

Typical schedule is Monday-Friday with 9:00 AM-5:00 PM; part-time compensation is offered either per patient at $40-$45 or 35-40% of collections, with 22-25 patients per visit and

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and active state license.
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient personalities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sense of professionalism and ethics.

We are currently searching for a talented Optometrist to join our team! You will use your clinical and interpersonal skills to provide the highest quality of care to our patients. The ideal Optometrist is confident, compassionate, and committed to delivering quality healthcare to the elderly population

Optometrist Responsibilities

• Performing comprehensive eye exams.
• Diagnosing and assisting in the treatment of ocular disease.
• Prescribing corrective lenses or eye medications as needed.
• Providing pre- and post-operative care to surgical patients.

Optometrist Requirements

General Information

• 7-8 hours visiting patients plus paperwork.
• Schedule : Monday-Friday (typically 9:00AM-5:00PM). Flexible schedules also available.
