Job summary

The MedServ Group is seeking an Optometrist to join our team on a part-time basis. You will perform comprehensive eye exams, diagnose and assist in ocular disease treatment, and prescribe corrective lenses or medications as needed.

Flexible schedule with typical hours Monday–Friday and patient-centric care for an elderly population. We offer part-time compensation of $40.00-$45.00 per patient or 35%-40% of collections (approximately $1,050-$1,250 per visit).

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree and active state license.
• Ability to communicate with a wide range of patient personalities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A strong sense of workplace professionalism and personal ethics.
• Customer-service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.

Optometrist Requirements

General Information

• 7-8 hours visiting patients plus paperwork.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday (typically 9:00AM-5:00PM). Flexible schedules also available.
• 22-25 patients per visit, preventative care
• Part Time Compensation: $40.00 -$45.00 per patient or 35%-40% of collections ($1050-$1250 per visit).
