Qualifications

• Optometric Technician training or CPOT certification preferred.
• 1+ year experience in a medical environment preferred.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Comfort with technology and learning new medical software.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during eye exams and pre-testing.
• Perform preliminary clinical data collection (autorefraction, visual acuity, intraocular pressure, etc.).
• Support in in-person and video-assisted eye exams.
• Provide training on contact lens insertion/removal to wearers.
