EssilorLuxottica is seeking an Optometric Technician at LensCrafters to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will assist the optometrist, manage patient flow, and ensure accurate documentation and records while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include pre-exam preparation, handling patient data, and supporting the retail and clinical teams to maintain high quality exams and patient care.

Qualifikationen

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year strong customer service experience.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Problem solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work autonomously in a retail/clinical setting.
• Knowledge of basic office operations and procedures.
• Strong math skills for basic calculations.
