LensCrafters is seeking an Optometric Technician to deliver the LensCrafters Experience by supporting the optometrist during eye examinations, gathering patient history, and preparing patients for testing.

This casual, part-time position requires strong customer service, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting while maintaining HIPAA standards and organized records.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year strong customer service skills.
• Strong communicator and listener.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and maintain a professional image.
• Assist optometrist with examinations and patient prep.
• Handle patient records in accordance with HIPAA.
• Manage inventory and contact lens room.
• Support retail operations as capacity allows.
• Input data in CIAO system with accuracy.
