Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Background check must be favorable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor in preliminary testing.
• Verify medical and vision insurances.
• Communicate effectively with patients, doctors, and managers.
• Answer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Support Total Patient Experience and HIPAA compliance.
• Operate and maintain testing equipment as directed.
