Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in a role interfacing with customers/patients.
• Favorable background check as required by state.
• Must provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.
• Previous ophthalmic/medical office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient flow and support exam preparation.
• Assist the doctor in preliminary testing.
• Verify medical and vision insurances.
