You will greet patients, manage scheduling and pretesting, and handle administrative tasks. The role may require travel between practices, and Saturday availability is needed to cover peak times.

Qualifications

• Experience in ophthalmic/optometric settings is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic.
• Willingness to travel between practices if needed.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet patients and escort them for pretesting.
• Handle scheduling, phones, and message transcriptions.
• Perform pretests including BP, NCT, color/stereo, and autoperimetry.
• Assist with contact lens training and insertion/removal.
• Maintain equipment and doctor lanes; manage supplies.
• Support doctors with patient health history and admin tasks.
