Job summary

EyeCare Partners’ Grene Vision Group in Andover, KS seeks an Optometric Technician to support clinicians, perform preliminary testing, and help deliver the Total Patient Experience.

No ophthalmic experience is required as training is provided; travel to other locations may be needed with mileage reimbursement, and a full benefits package is offered.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and be able to work flexible hours including weekends or varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in a role interacting with customers/patients.
• Previous medical office experience preferred; ophthalmic experience preferred.
• Favorable result on background check as required by state.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Embrace and execute our Total Patient Experience to build relationships with all patients while delivering great medical support.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures including HIPAA.
• Practice urgency at all times placing value on a patient’s time, as well as the doctor’s time and schedule.
• Operate testing equipment and assist with exams as directed by clinicians.
