Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care and eye exams, manage records and patient flow.
• Perform tests for visual acuity, depth and color perception, and retinal imaging.
• Support accurate diagnosis and timely treatment decisions.
• Review prescriptions and patient information; consult with clinicians as needed.
• Resolve dissatisfied patients promptly and professionally.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant, organized patient records.
• Assist with contact lens exams, care, and orders.
• Maintain and disinfect equipment; support Optometrist as needed.
