This full-time role involves facilitating patient flow, preliminary testing, and effective communication with patients and staff. The ideal candidate will have previous medical office experience and be proficient with relevant technology.

Qualifications

• Previous medical office experience preferred; ophthalmic experience strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year interacting with customers/patients or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient flow and assist the doctor in preliminary testing.
• Verify medical and vision insurances and communicate effectively with patients.
• Operate manual lensometer, auto-lensometer, and other optical equipment.
