This role involves operating various optical equipment, maintaining patient relationships, and complying with medical standards. Ideal candidates will have previous medical office experience, a high school diploma, and excellent interpersonal skills. The position is based in Walkertown, North Carolina, and may require travel to other locations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical office preferred; prior ophthalmic experience is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year in a customer/patient-interacting position or equivalent education/experience.
• Must provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Total Patient Experience by building relationships with patients.
