The role involves pre-testing patients, handling insurance, scheduling appointments, and supporting both clinical and administrative tasks to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• Previous direct experience in the eyecare industry preferred.
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and excellent communication skills.
• Great personality.
• Strong drive and ability to take initiative.
• Detail-oriented, efficient, and accurate multi-tasker.

Responsibilities

• Pre-test patients by performing pre-exams.
• Verification of insurance and handling payments.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Ensure proper check-out procedures.
• Perform business and administrative tasks, such as maintaining order records, keeping track of patients' prescriptions, answering phones, medical billing, and ordering/maintaining inventory.
